Curry Adventure with Susan

Bonjour! Comment ca va?

Hey guys! So this curry post is a bit late since I made the curry like 3 week ago. That doesn't matter since food is food! Basically, today I'll be teaching you how to make easy and delicious curry (Like seriously super easy).

Ingredients
- 3/4 cups of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3/4 cups of carrots
- 3/4 cups of potato
- 1/2 - 3/4 of chicken breast
- 3/4 cups of tomato
- Small box of Glico Curry

This list of ingredients are just an idea of ingredients needed. Feel free to change up the cups to suit your preference.

First off, you want to stir fry all your ingredients and make sure you chicken is cooked. Then submerge the ingredients in water (The back of the box has instructions as well). Careful not to put too much water or your curry will be more like water and the taste will not be great as well.

Okay, back on topic now. So today, I had a chance to go to Korean town a.k.a. KTOWN for short to save time. This KTOWN I believe is the smaller and newer one which is located in Toronto. Strawberry Cupcakes + Strawberry Whipped Cream

Double post in a day! Wooo! So today I attempted to create strawberry version of this. Turned out okay. I should have added more strawberries because the strawberry icing didn't taste strawberry. It was really subtle. The cake was meh. Again, maybe a little more strawberry.

Alright so enough fangirling. This is an introduction post to my new blog named "Stalking Susan". I will explain the blog name probably in another post~

My purpose for this blog is to document my life (mostly because I'm just bored) and hopefully improve my English. It's kind of ironic because English is my main language that I speak other than Cantonese which I converse only to my parents with. In addition, I'll post my polymer clay tutorials here along with anime reviews(that's a maybe because I'm horrible at reviews >_<)
